PICs: Fun w/ Veggies!!!

So some people I know don't like veggies! Oh, the pain! What could I possibly do to convince these unrepentant carnivores to give their veggies a chance? Veggies are awesome! OMG.

When I am well, and presumably on some sort of crazy-healthy diet, that cauliflower will be MINE.

GAH I love when you post recipes. these look really good, I'm definitely going to try that cauliflower one. And the dogs are always adorable :)

I want the cauliflower. Ever had kale like that? It turns crispy and is so good. I will get some cauliflower! I want to do the top fancy recipe also, though sigh, miss lactose-intolerant vegetarian in the house (she decided on that rather than vegan lol) can't handle that cheese. I can. So I may make a few with Havarti and some with her vegan cheese. LOL.

I've had crispy spinach and it was awesome!

I do really think that just the breadcrumbs will be okay for the Tiffster. You'll really revel in the taste of roasted veggies!

I bought cauliflower, Blue! I am excited. Along with my patty pans. :) And fried green tomatoes for dinner tomorrow night! I will take pictures. LOL.
