Aww, thanks, that's wicked nice!

I've been on a Suzie kick lately after re-watching the "Bones" season premiere -- Indira Varma guest-starred. She's so beautiful and it got me to thinking about how they really had to work at drabbing her down for "Torchwood." And that's just on a superficial level! What sorts of things must she have gone through to send her over the edge? And yes, I agree, she must have had at least a kernel of crazy before she encountered the glove.

Anyhow, I'm liking writing about her and will probably have a few more Suzie-centric fics for this challenge. I also like how she can observe Jack and Ianto. She's the closest thing to an impartial witness the pre-series relationship between them has.

Excellent. Yes, Suzie's fascinating. (Did you see her in Rome? She was beautiful in that too.)

I haven't seen anything from "Rome" yet (well, except pictures -- she was indeed beautiful!). It's one of those shows that I need to borrow the DVDs and have a marathon viewing.

You should definitely see it sometime. I loved it. So when I saw S1 of TW, I was like, "That's the wife from Rome!" Since I'd seen S2 already, I knew she didn't hang around long.

BTW, I'm in the Washington area also.

Dude, the DC area is crawling with Torchwood fans! (Okay, well, four or so. Still, pretty nifty.)

Wow, that was a wonderful POV, making Suzie at once so human and more dimensional as well as telling us why she may have ended up as she did - beautiful

Thanks! I love that there is so much open for interpretation about Suzie; I'm enjoying fleshing out my version.
