I'm glad Dean seems to have arrived at some sort of decision about Cas, in Cas' favour, but the timing couldn't have been much worse!
It's good to know that Cas is in the hospital, and that Bobby's got the Impala. And now Dean's there, too. Safe for the moment, but Lilith is still on the loose and likely to be even more vindictive towards Dean and Cas now that her plan has taken another knock and she's lost an ally with Alistair's death (which, yay).
