I changed my regimen yet again. I've been eating a large breakfast (1000 cal.), then drinking my lunch and dinner (or eating modestly). I've only been doing this a little over a week now, but so far it's the most comfortable to follow. I like going to bed on an empty stomach knowing I'll eat a bountiful meal when I wake up.
Going OK. Tough, but that's how you improve. I'm not sleeping enough though, so I could probably improve more, faster, if I managed to drag my ass to bed at 10pm.
I would also like to thank you for undertaking this experiment so that I don't have to... What's that..? But of course your experience will be directly applicable to me! WE'RE ON THE INTERNET!
