eBay now requires taking paypal, and the CEO is a co-chair of John McCain's campaign.

Does anyone know what the good alternates to eBay are?

Are there any existing, comparable alternates? I thought eBay was kinda like the Sauron of the online auction world.

yeah, thats what Ive been using. Amazon sellers.

Still, I need to be a business, not a personal seller, to sell on amazon. I liked eBay since I could get a few bucks for whatever I was getting rid of, rather then just throwing it away.

Google had an eBay competitor once upon a time. Don't know if it still operates.

Apparently (since I heard about the fallout when it got trolled) Dreamwidth was using Google Checkout as a Paypal-alike monetary processor when their deal with PP fell through. Now DWth's looking for something else...
