AU where no-one gets the death sentence. Damon Gant basically controls all the other prisoners, backed up by people like Furio Tigre. Prisoners like Godot or Daryan who tell him to fuck himself get picked on and goaded into fighting for his amusement. The prettier inmates, like Matt or Kristoph, become Gant's bitches.

Whatever Anon likes! Maybe he's Damon's partner in corruption. Maybe he commits suicide rather than spend the rest of his life in prison. Maybe he wants no part of this and Damon directs that he be left alone out of respect for him.

But how is Godot in prison if Dahlia was never killed? She was my first thought, since she's the only 100% unambiguously executed prisoner.

Oh shit >_< well maybe less people get the death penalty or the appeals process is really long.

Other anon here was thinking that generally people can wind up sitting on death row for a loooong time, particularly if they have money, influence and a level of fame to keep contesting their sentence in court. Redd White, Kristoph, Engarde, Daryan and Godot ALL either have police/prosecutor connections or money and fame-- or both. And then there's Gant. I can't see Gant dying quickly and easily.

Dahlia, on the other hand, has cut familial ties, doesn't appear to have shitloads of money (my guess is that the diamond didn't get sold for what it was worth and she's lived off that since she was 14-- and if she spent like a lot of teenagers with "loads of money" do, she'd be broke pretty quickly) and lacks the police connection (particularly since she iced a policewoman) and is, fandom aside, a virtual nobody compared to big names in the precinct and rock stars and actors.

I can still see this working, OP.

All right; this has been distracting me from prompts I should be finishing, so I've started taking notes.

Is anon okay with the following:

- Headfuckery
- Serious amounts of violence
- Cameos from other characters who didn't get convicted of anything in the series
