please consider a miracle. None of us can stand the idea of Dean having been used so harshly and left to rot for it. Again. In any case your fic was beautiful but not at all "serene" :))

haha, I didn't realize I was writing such a downer, but the general opinion is that I did. Next time I'll have to write something cheerful to make up for it! I'm glad that it was beautiful, though- it's lovely to have such a positive response.

Great story! Would love to see the boys story work out something like this. Full circle, after all the entire story started with Dean taking care of Sammy when Sam couldn't do anything for himself. Poetic that Sam ends up being the one there for Dean.

Thank you very much! I do have a soft spot for the role-reversal of Sam being the caretaker. I've got plenty of ideas for other fic, so there's definitely more to come =)
