That is fantastic about your weight loss! I think it varies for each of us post-ops. The last 20lbs were hard to lose - easy to gain back! Ugh. Anyways, yeah, the pannis drives me insane :( of course, the surgery to fix it is expensive and well, surgery.

This was a great summer for outdoor stuff! I think the best in a couple years. Yay for no 90 plus days!!
