Well.. there are bosses out there who isn't exactly good leaders.. it is typical to see able pp being loaded with more work, while the others are left alone... I do hope that the company in the end recognises yr hardwork with a huge pay rise.. otherwise...it can be quite demoralising.

But dear... look on the bright side.. .we can learn more things which we can bring along with us to the next job...
