Many of you offered us wedding help and we said we'd get back to you. Well, we need you now!

If you'd like to help out with set-up (clean-up will be done by the venue!) or anything else, please let us know ASAP. xjems has graciously taken over coordination duties, so you'll likely be reporting to her once we get an email thread started. She's awesome ( Read more... )

Funny you posted this, I'm at this very moment scouring email/LJ/Facebook and compiling the volunteer list.

We also need an emcee and a performer wrangler (for the band, DJs and carnies.)

i can do the actual ceremony as a reverend in the universal church of life, heh. but the last wedding i did was stagefrighty and i talked too fast, im far from the best.

sign me up as a set-up or table volunteer!

According to Molly & Laurie, I am a "bad-assed" celebrant. I'd be delighted to perform your ceremony for you if you like. I've been doing weddings for about 15 years now.

As you know, I'm having my clothing exchange earlier in the day, but that shouldn't interfere. Let me know.
