Downloading this now. I'm looking forward to listening to this when I add it. Thank you for sharing this!!!! Though I don't know that I need to be reminded of summer at the moment, since it's decided to hit my entire area all of a sudden-my room is in the 80's and that's with three fans and the AC running. Thank the gods for hand fans or I'd have already melted.

Edit: So I haven't listened to all of the songs fully, but the little bits I got when adding the songs to a playlist managed to totally remind me of summer in the 1990's when I was growing up. I managed to get a flashback of a game we'd play. We'd use a hose to spray a strip of asphalt and then try to run to the end and back before it evaporated (which was hard to do, and since we'd play the game barefoot there were a lot of scorched feet involved). It also reminded me of Santa Cruz and Half Moon Bay. Fun times. Good mix. Thank you!!!

First off: DUDE - you are SO LUCKY that it's in the 80's! There's been no rain for weeks here in FLA and we've been hitting the 100's all across the state. D: Totally sucks.

Ahaha - thank you though! Yeah, it was made with my childhood summers in mind too - the beach, getting sunburnt, and eating those tube popcile iccee things. XD And playing with the hose/water sprinkler! XD

That sounds like a fun game you all played... XD ♥ ♥

It's so not in the 80's. It's just in the 80's in the house. We're hitting the 100's here too. It's currently 93 degrees and it's almost 10 pm. (It normally hits the 50's at night.) Rain? In summer? What a strange place you live in. I'm a Cali girl through and through. Rain in summer is strange and unnatural (like the existence of snow). I'm assuming it's also humid, because you do get rain in summer. It's frighteningly dry here, as per usual in summer. It feels like all of the moisture in your body is sucked out the moment you step outside. *winces* Though to be honest I prefer that to humidity. *cringes at the thought ( ... )
