As I was walking to giant eagle, I noticed a boy (25 or so) run past me. I thought he was strange so I crossed and walked on the other side which turned out to be a good idea because that side was being worked on. I took my lunch yesterday at 1:30 - 2:30. I was walking around that area. The construction sounded familiar. Just weird. LOL
