[The feed turns on to show Noel in a rather cute female Archbishop outfit. However, the aesthetically pleasantness of it is quickly gone when one realize the backdrop is that of the Noctaerium castle. Not only that, but Noel is eerily calm and not her usual awkward clumsy self, despite the danger of being in such a place. The truth was that she had ( Read more... )

[Flynn had been in the castle overnight, but hadn't come in contact with anyone else yet. When he hears Noel over the Dreamberry his immediate reaction is to try and locate her.]

Noel! You're trapped here as well then... Where are you? it would be in our best interest to re-assemble!

Flynn...

[It was relief that she wasn't the only officer in the castle, but it was a tad worrying too. Though she knew Flynn could very well take care of himself, Noel didn't like her friends being in danger.]

I've just escaped pursuit of some monsters by eliminating them and I'm unfamiliar with the castle layout, so I cannot confirm an absolute location. We could designate a meeting place, but I think it's our priority to find any defenseless civilians and escort them as we go through the castle.

Designating a meeting place would be pointless when neither of us know our way around the area.

[He stops to look around the area his in.] I seem to be inside a ballroom, it's vacant at the moment but it has clearly enough room to fit a large group of people in. If you can find this hall, bring any civilians here!

Ah, I'm sorry... It was wrong of me to assume you were familiar with the place.

[She nods at his suggestion, and begins cautiously traveling through the halls.]

Roger. I'll help in securing it if I manage to get there. If only we had any landmarks or clues on what the layout of this castle is... Do you think there could be a map or something laying about?

[Pyramid Head!Rena stares into the dreamberry curiously. That didn't sound like the Noel she knew at all. Something seemed very...off]

Noel, you're stuck in this castle too? Do you know where in it you are, do you?

[It took a while before Noel realized who this thing was.]

I'm not sure, Rena... I was being pursued by some monsters, and I managed to dispatch of them, but I'm pretty much lost now. I'll attempt trying to locate you, though. This isn't a good place for people to be alone in.

Mmmm, that's right. It's better to be in larger numbers in case a lot of monsters come at once. So we can try and find each other and be safe!

Exactly. Flynn told me that there was a ballroom that seems safe, so if you find something like that, stay there. We're planning to secure that place.

[Even if something did seem off about Noel, Travis would never back down from a chance to make a move.]

You sure you won't be the one needing help?

[... She calmly points the camera to several unidentifiable and slightly charred corpses.]

I'm fine. ... Some directions would be nice though. I think I'm lost...

[Travis is surprised to see the damage Noel has dealt on those corpses and lets out a low whistle.]

Never thought that you could actually fend for yourself, you know?

But I'm as stumped as you are about where the hell I am in this damn place.

I get that a lot...

[Oh, so most of everyone didn't know where they were.]

You're gonna be fine on your own...?

Why did you come here too?!

[Eliot comes on her screen, looking a little more fancy then he usually does, even though in his opinion, the costume was an abomination.]

I'm sorry, I thought it would be a way to leave...

[Despite her frantic emotions being repressed by her weapons, she did seem slightly ashamed and embarrassed.]

Why are you here too, though...? Well, whatever the case, I'll go find you.

...

[He thought that her speaking in completely blank, un-stuttered speech in the video could have either been a fluke, or her gaining some confidence finally, but he was starting to sense it was more then that.]

What's wrong with you? [Because obviously, her being calm and not stuttering, which is exactly what he's always told her to do, is apparently 'wrong' now~]

[Noel blinks, not quite expecting such a question.]

'Wrong'? Nothing's wrong with me... It's best to stay calm in this situation, isn't it?

[She's not fully ready to admit the side effects of Bolverk just yet. Noel begins to walk through the halls again, searching and trying to confirm his location.]

[Alec hasn't met this person, nor does he really care too much about mundanes, not to mention the fact that the mundane is a girl. Still...

[This is said with no heat. Even though Alec uses the word "mundane" it doesn't really sound like something derogatory to him, more like a group identifier.]

So there are people from the mundane police here, too? Any idea what's going on?

[She seems to disregard the term, as Bolverk made nitpicking sentences not her priority.]

I am currently invesitgating this matter, but it is for certain I can say that this place is not safe, and that the entrance is probably sealed up. There seems to also be fortifications on the wall, so we cannot make a forceful exit.

[He seems kind of unhappy that the police don't know more.]

I take it you police people didn't know this place existed?
