Six weeks of cat pictures.

From the end of March to the end of April, I was at a cat show almost every weekend. During that time, the posting here fell to nothing, as you can see… but the pictures didn’t stop. This is going to be photo heavy, and by that I mean ‘brace yourself’.

Brief summary of how we ended the cat show year (which ends on April 30th):

IIRC - the 4 are chocolate! Solid, pointed, lynx point, dilute tabby? Can't remember the cat name for the other color - I want to say smoke but I'm pretty sure that's not the term they use.

Pretty kitties :)

I love the one with Mister and Nemo - her eyes are crazy blue, even in shade they are like marbles!

Correct! Deuce is a silver ticked tabby.

The CCA is somewhat odd with colours -- for three of the four Siamese colours, there are different names for the solid and the pointed, despite it being genetically the same colour. So, technically, there are two chocolate pointed cats (chocolate pointed, chocolate lynx point) and two chestnut cats (chestnut solid, chestnut silver ticked tabby), but they're all the same colour.

For whatever reason, blue is not the same -- Mister is a blue point, and Nightfall is a blue classic tabby.

But, worry not, there's another weirdness -- smoke is what we call silvering if they're solid. Silver is what we call it if they're tabby.

Yeah, it's weird. :)

Wow, that is the best-designed breeder website I have ever seen. And yes, of course, your weird stretchy cats are ferociously photogenic, especially compared to my less-stretchy-but-no-less-peculiar moggy assortment, but you don't understand how exciting it is for me to see a website that looks as though it was designed by someone who regularly uses the internet. (Or maybe you do understand.)

That "evil" picture of your green-eyed monsters is excellent, also tell Nightfall to stop being so gorgeous.
