Summary: Junsu opened his eyes and looked around

Junsu opened his eyes and looked around, for a minute he expected to see his beloved beach around or Changmin's temple, he expected, no, he hoped this will be a dream, an illusion and he will rush to meet his old teacher now, the mortal old man not the god in disguise, but looking around Junsu lowered his gaze in disappointment

Lowering his gaze to look at his lap the peacock was gone; maybe it wasn't even there. It could have been a dream, an illusion but something told him it wasn't

Junsu looked around, he hesitated if he should pray to the gods or not, he felt lost and didn't know, after a while of hard thinking he decided to pray for help from the god of wisdom himself but then he remembered that changmin was Yoochun's nephew so he would be biases to his uncle of course and Junsu decided not to pray after all

Trying to stand up Junsu let out a soft moan in pain, his legs were sorrow and the cuts on them were now blue and purple so bold against his pale milky skin

Sitting in his place again and not knowing what to do Junsu heard a soft sound of something coming near him, he got startled and again began to back into the tree until he felt its rough bark against his torn Peplos scratching his skin

Before Junsu could pass out of fear the same peacock he saw last night walking back toward him again with his amazingly pretty arch behind him and his head held high with pride

The bird again walked to Junsu's lap but this time instead of jumping on his lap himself he laid a cluster of grapes in there and nudged it closer to Junsu as if telling him to eat

Junsu looked at the bird and blushed biting his lips, he was starving and needed to eat badly but accepting the grapes… would it be really safe?

As the fight in his head went on trying to decide whether to eat the grapes or not Junsu looked at the bird, as if the bird knew what Junsu was thinking about reached out and picked one grape eating it and showing Junsu it was safe to eat. Smiling at the bird who squat down on his thigh Junsu brushed his feathers a few times and began to eat the grapes, they were sweet and juicy and as he finished the cluster he felt so full just as when he ate the fish his dolphin friend always brought him… just like when he ate the fish… the wheels in Junsu's mind began to spin now and he began to think with the energy he just gained from the grapes, Yoochun shi sent the dolphin with the fish for sure… so does this mean… donghae shi? The god of crops? But the sacred animal of the god donghae was the pig not the peacock… however the peacock was sacred to…

'It's about time you thought about me again' a soft voice startled Junsu and made him jump up a few inches and with him jumped the bird, as Junsu landed again in his spot the peacock rushed off Junsu's thigh and walked straight forward where a golden mist appeared and formed a very pretty man in white Chiton and a golden crown on his head

'J…jaejoong shi….' Junsu stuttered seeing the queen of gods himself in front of him, he bowed his head and tried to stand up just to fall back in his spot

'Stay still, you're hurt' jaejoong stepped forward and Junsu bit his lip not liking this, not wanting to meet any other god, wanting to just run away from everything

'You know…' jaejoong smiled softly sitting down in front of Junsu, the peacock jumped into his lap at once relaxing his head on his thigh and closing his eyes lazily making a soft musical sound as jaejoong began to pat him lovingly 'You look just like your mother'

Junsu widened his eyes, his head snapped upward to face jaejoong

'She came to my temple… when she was pregnant with you…' jaejoong smiled softly as he saw how Junsu's eyes were glued to him now, he got his attention now

'Mom…' Junsu whispered softly in a voice that made jaejoong feel so sorry for him that he wanted to grab him and hug him telling him everything will be alright

'You don't know anything about her, right?'

Junsu shook his head

'And your father?'

Again Junsu shook his head

'Want me to tell you?' smiled jaejoong softly and Junsu nodded at once

'She was a pretty lady, very pretty. Your father was a brave soldier who had been sent on a quest by the king to retreat a treasure or something and was killed on the quest'

Junsu frowned cutely now

'He didn't even you existed when he left your mother. Your mother waited for him but one night as she was waiting by the window like usual a soldier came to tell her your father died and that the king wants to see her so she went'

Junsu frowned more wondering why the king would want to see his mother

'The king wanted to see her in a privet room, he wanted her as his mistress, he wanted her to live by his side but she refused, she knew he would have you killed, if he knew you existed, so she ran endangering her own life for yours and she ran into my temple asking for help…'

Junsu's eyes looked so sad that jaejoong considered stopping but went on after a minute hesitating:' I sent the old lady to help her and she took her with her away, they lived well and you grew inside of her. Then there was the night you were born in, it was a very special night. Do you know why?'

Junsu shook his head

'That night… Shindong, the god of the underworld, tried to steal Yoochun's trident to start a war against us, he wanted to curse us to Tartarus and lock us there while he rules the world by himself. I had knew that he was trying to steal from Yoochun so I hid Yoochun's real trident and replaced it with an illusion which Shindong stole and tried to use to open the gates and free the monsters locked within, if that happened then not only Olympus would be destroyed but earth as well, mortal will all die for sure'

Junsu shivered a little

'However, that didn't happen because Shindong didn't steal the real trident, it was a copy and it didn't work, he was banished to the underworld for betraying his oath and stealing from his brother and ever since he's trying to avenge and destroy us starting with Yoochun'

Junsu felt his heart sink, his stomach clinched in an uncomfortable way

'That night, when the five stars lined up you were born, that night when Yoochun's powers were the one in question, the one with all the actions, you were connected to him at once and even the moirae couldn't decide upon your fate, I stood for you again that night and kept you live despite everything and made sure you would grow up healthy, just as your mother wanted so she would not have dies in vain'

Junsu lowered his head, for some reason his hand reached to his neck where once upon a time a chain with a ring in it was. He began to rub the spot between the crook of his neck and his collarbones as if searching for the chain while his breath became heavy and uneven, now he regretted throwing the ring into the sea so badly

'When you were a baby Shindong tried to kill you a lot of times, he sent his three headed dog after you and he sent the king to chase after you, he told him where you were so he would send his men to kill the old lady, we saved you time after time from him but unfortunately we couldn't save the old lady that night…yet when you entered the sea Yoochun made sure you will reach Changmin's land, where you would be safe, where his people would take care of you and he even came to take care of you himself as the old teacher making sure you're safe and happy'

Junsu looked away, all this was like daggers into his heart stabbing it again and again, he wanted to yell, to cry and beg the queen to stop talking but he was unable to do so, his body didn't seem to obey him, his muscles didn't seem to work anymore

'And now look at you my boy… running away from your heart, from your love and throwing everyone's sacrifices away, your mother gave her life, the old lady too and your father… you know he had a god blood in his veins? Kangin's blood, he's related to him and so are you. Everyone did his best so you would grow up healthy and happy and yet you throw our efforts away this easily deciding to believe in Shindong's word, the one who killed the old lady I sent to help your mother and you. You choose to believe in Shindong over us, over Yoochun and your love to him'

Junsu looked at the ground, he wanted to die, to vanish and cease to exist, cease to feel anymore

'Listen to me dear boy, take it as a motherly advice from someone who took care of you even before you were born, do not believe in Shindong's words, ever, he will never be able to bring your family back alive' jaejoong seeing how socked and hurt the boy was reached to him and held him close in his arms hugging him warmly

Junsu fisted his hands in jaejoong's white Chiton and sniffed crying again, this time his tears were so hot and stung his eyes he didn't bare to keep them open

Kangin, can you heal him?

Of course, my queen

Slowly a golden light engulfed Junsu and his cuts, his bruises began to heal until they were gone and as if never existed not leaving any scar on the milky skin

Go with him and I'll do it!!

A scary voice rung in Junsu's head echoing a few times, Junsu's body was covered with goosebumps at once as he pulled away from jaejoong looking so scared as if he had seen some big horror

'Someone talked to you… Shindong?' jaejoong knew at once seeing the boy's reaction, he felt Shindong's aura around the boy for a second before it vanished

Junsu didn't answer; he tried to push away from jaejoong against his heart now

'Listen to me my boy, I'll tell you one last advice. You can see the auras, right? You can see one's true emotions, red is for love. White is for admiring. Pink is for crush and like. Green is for friendship. Black is for jealousy and hate. What was the color of Shindong's aura and what was Yoochun's?'

Junsu bit his lip and didn't answer, he knew the answer in his mind but dreaded voicing it out loud

'We will always watch over you, no matter where you will go to' jaejoong smiled softly and stood up, the golden mist surrounded him again and he vanished leaving Junsu alone sitting there to himself thinking, he came up with a solution to this problem, something that will make him get out of this dilemma and will solve everything for everyone. He just needed to be brave and do it now…
