I have read about the theory that Doumeki = Zoro and Watanuki = Luffy in other places as well. Some also think that Watanuki ACTS more like Sanji and that the CLAMP ladies can't pick or else are divided over the pairing and so compromised with Watanuki's looks vs. personality (pre Yuuko leaving since Watanuki's not much like his earlier self anymore).
