Funniest segue (from a book review) that I've read in quite a while. XD

"I wasn't really expecting to like this book so much, but I did. It was an easy read and a page turner. It had a good mix of romance, family, self-discovery, suspense, etc. The book was WAY better than the movie. The movie was a complete disappointment. It would've been better

Iiii have a hard time reading some Good Reads reviews.

Also, I seem to have these moments of 'Did we read the same book? I don't think we read the same book' when I'm reading reviews on that site.

Also, don't buy Nicholas Sparks novels, Nicholas Sparks is a dicksmack douche nozzle who thinks he invented a genre superior to romance novels that put him on part with the great Greek dramatists, and that he gives readers something ~unexpected even though A and I put bets on who's going to die this time whenever we see a preview for his movies. Most shocked by the one where no main character died! (I'm totally winning the game btw.)

Well, I just take it as people have different things they value in a story than I do. So I don't even really try to, like, understand them or anything. I don't really care but sometimes it's interesting to see what people have to say. Idk... it makes me think about the books I read in different ways.

Also, don't buy Nicholas Sparks novels,

I've never read anything by him nor do I plan on it (chick lit, no matter what else he might want to call it, it's still goddamned chick lit, has never been anything I could stomach for more than a few pages). I came across the review through the homepage and the shit just made me LOL like mad. I think it was the shoulder pads and fishy mouth bits. I just. Laughed again. XD
