Example of one of the previously mentioned vague fic ideas. I started writing it after coming across this picture (from here) on Saturday and have, like, no clue where I'm going. This is what happens when I write. I start something then the ideas fizzle out and then I start something new. It's a vicious cycle. Frustration MAX. ><;

“How long, you think, until we get there?” Naruto asked, gazing out the window of the speeding train. )

writing, this old ficbit, naruto, it's argh-tastic

Oooh~ this scenario has me intrigued... I wonder where they're going/what they're doing...

I really liked this:
“Why should I?” The man still didn’t look up from his book as he spoke, which made Naruto even angrier. “You’re probably going to try it again if I do. You seem like the type.” The man had a deep voice, smooth with a touch of drawl to it. He sounded like a man with all the time in the world. It really pissed Naruto off.

It'd be awesome if you found somewhere to go with this!

Haha, it has me intrigued as well! (Go figure. XD) I imagine they're going somewhere to get away from something/someone (or even a group of someones) because as usual, Naruto's in trouble. Naruto is a troubled kid who was staying with Jiraiya who was an old friend of the family, I guess and something happens that makes it necessary for him to leave the city (of course he's a city boy, lol) and so Jiraiya calls in a favor from an old (army?) buddy? Maybe, possibly, I'm not sure... because he's out of commission (or is he?) and can't do it himself. And Kakashi agrees to help but as usual, he's got issues of his own and a job that's not quite... legal and maybe/possibly some Very Bad People after him as well (maybe, though that wouldn't happen until like way later in the story). X3 ( ... )
