Over two months. It's been OVER two months since I checked in here last. So, I thought it would behoove me to at least stop in and say hi, see how folks are doing, that sort of thing, since I feel like I haven't talked to a bunch of you in about a million years. Ooh, excellent -- I like that one, too. I usually so loathe the pictures of me, it's nice to actually have a couple of choices that don't physically pain me to put out into the universe. Thanks so much for the input!

I tried to watch SUITS when it first started -- I usually love USA Network shows. I never got into it, though.

Hooray -- It's becoming clearer and clearer. Think that's definitely the one I'm going with! And as for SUITS... I'm very much in favor of giving it a second chance, but (of course) to each her own. The writing's wonderful, the acting phenomenal, the 'ships to die for. My personal opinion, anyway. Great to hear from you; we need to catch up, I'm completely behind on your writerly comings and goings!

Hey! Glad you popped in, but sorry to hear that you've been sick :( I guess I'm the odd one out, because my vote would be for the third one (but I think they are all great) Hope LJ lets you post the pics with the hounds some time.
Living in the now, huh. That's something I'm also trying to do. (and not very successfully)

As for the pics, I like the third one, too -- I'll definitely take your opinion under advisement, and see what others have to say along the way. I'll try posting the hound pics again in a day or two; I expect it was as much my fault as LJ's. It wouldn't be the first time. And re: Living in the now. It's hard, isn't it? Surprisingly so. I'm definitely giving it a shot, but my default position does seem to be, "I'll do it when/if..." usually contingent on money or weight. But I'm working on it! Best of luck to you on the same endeavor... And so good to hear from you again, I've definitely been gone from here way too long.

Great new pics. I really like the jacket you chose; great color on you! And I'm always jazzed to hear about both your original fiction updates and your fanfics. Hope you're feeling better, but that the muse lives on!; I hope you keep us in the loop about any personal developments, too. You're inspiring me for my 2013 resolutions as well! My current job is ending the end of this month, so I'll definitely have the time to start some life changes I've been putting off too. Hope you have a wonderful Christmas!

Wow -- Job ending at the end of the month is definitely an opportune time for change/getting things done. I do plan on being around a bit more on LJ over the next few months, so hopefully I'll be better at keeping track of everyone. I've missed you guys! I like the first and second pics the most. I did think the lighting was a little subdued in the second but when you click for the bigger version it's not at all. I think your pose is less authorly in the third though it is also a lovely pic. Aren't you cute?! LOVE the coat!

SUITS! I approve! I also marathoned the entire series a couple of weeks back. I just love it. And Donna/Harvey. Can't wait for new eps!

I'm so glad I have another SUITS buddy! Liz told me you'd watched, so now we can squee in harmony when it's back in January. Can't wait! And Harvey... OMG. Yup. He's so very pretty.

Yeah, actually TC and I split up last spring. We're still friends, more or less, but ultimately the relationship wasn't strong enough to handle those big breaks when he was gone. It was a tough split, but ultimately I think it worked out for the best for both of us. And NOW... Yup. Now I start considering the mortifying act of dating again. Eek. Fiction is so much easier than real life! ;)
