I did find some Blood Ties fic from 2013 listed on AO3. Haven't read it yet, so can't vouch for the quality. Still, it's nice to know there is some fresh fic! :)

Looks like no-ones been adding to Twice Bitten for a while, so AO3 sounds your best bet.
