Well the body is food, the bones can be made into stuff, we used to use the whole body for stuff during the winter back in the outer Edo villages. I suppose your right though, where to find spare wood around here to repair the apartment. Ah- preparing for winter....

There does seem to be little that can be done regarding the...unnecessary celebration of this holiday.

Is that really the right thing with which to concern yourself?

Well, I supposed I have not much else to concern myself with- so I don't mind learning western customs. Of course, their festivals have proven thus far to be fun and joyous- and never short in supply of candy.
