Are events coming more frequently than they had been, or does it only appear that way?

There's been a lot more recently than there has been for a while, but it used to happen this often a while back too.

I'd been told that I'd come during a quiet period. Still, the stepping up of activity is concerning.

I'm more concerned about the lack of it. Means something must have been up during that time, besides the usual, and it probably doesn't help us, especially since that one woman that used to mention the events is gone.

That's why the increase in activity now is. If something has happened of which the effects will filter down to us, then it is likely to be during this spate of activity that we find out, and that won't necessarily be to our benefit.

It feels like more than before! Or a least, more than there were a little while ago. And we haven't had really bad eve-

Ah, I mean events where people die and get hurt really badly! Things like that haven't happened much recently! And that's really good!

'Bad events' are a matter of interpretation. The lack of dangerous ones, however, only makes me wonder if there is something in store.

I don't know, I feel like I slept straight through half the crazy Christmas stuff...

We'd just barely finished that singing thing though, and they're announcing something new already.

...Not that the clue is helpful at all.

That is why I'm asking. I've been here for somewhere in the region of six months and it seems that almost as much has happened in the last month as in the first four.

Well, they've come this close together before. Back when I first showed up here, they used to.

I don't think this place is supposed to make any kind of sense, how it decides when.

My only concern is that after such a quiet period, this place may find itself subject to a desire to make up for lost time.
