[It was the day of their lunch date. Brunch. Well, it was kind of closer to lunch, so Hyacinth supposed it was a lunch date. He poofed into Edgeworth's apartment, without any sort of noise or bright light to announce his arrival

[Edgeworth turned the knob on the stairwell door with some difficulty, and pushed his back against the door to open it the rest of the way. He shifted the weight of the paper grocery sack against his hip as he reached for his keys with his free hand, then walked down the hall toward his apartment.
Along the way he just had time to check (and glower at) his watch, but the hallway in front of his door appeared unoccupied when he reached it; he let himself in, already wondering how much more time he had to prepare before he'd have to humor the Spartiate.]
((OOC: The layouts to Edgeworth's apartment, along with furniture samples and such. If he's quiet Hyacinth should have a few poses before Edgeworth comes to the back of the apartment and finds him. Just let me know what you want to have him explore and I'll tell you what he'd find! Sigi will be in his cage in the bedroom, if Hyacinth wants to interact with him I guess I'll play him. XD))
[Huh. This apartment was pretty big. He wandered through the kitchen to the living room, before backtracking to the hallway that led to Edgeworth's office. Having no sense of privacy whatsoever, he peeked into the office, before going to the bedroom and finding the dog there.]
Ah... Hello you. [He smiled, settling in front of Sigi, not sure whether he was allowed to let him out of his cage.]

[Sigi cocked his head to the side, ears perked forward curiously. The newcomer was no stranger--Sigi recognized his scent from his master's return to their borrowed apartment several days prior, the same visit that brought them back to their true home. The man was an overly friendly sort, non-threatening, a man his master apparently tolerated...
...but his master was out, and Sigi had no means of knowing if the man's presence in the empty apartment was welcome. Sigi's ears pull back, and he leans closer to the bars of the cage, muscles tense.]
[He noticed the slight shift in the dog's position, and he chuckled slightly.]
Protective, are we? No wonder Edgeworth likes you so much.
[A little belatedly, he remembered that while in Sparta nobody had really cared if anybody else trespassed the various halls and barrack rooms, things were a little different in this foreign time. It also occurred to him that Edgeworth was an exceptionally private man, and he got up uneasily. Oops. He hoped that Edgeworth wouldn't be back too soon. He laid a hand on top of the cage briefly, smiling at the dog again before he had to leave the room.]
You're a beautiful one, you know. I wish I had a dog too, like I used to.
