I don't know if I'll ever tend to this thing regularly again. I like to think that I will, but, who knows. Facebook is obviously the new thing. I find it mildly frustrating in that the opportunity to get a real glimpse into other people's heads is so limited, but the upside is that there are so many heads popping up on your status feed. Congratulations on graduating; having been around way back in the day and recalling everything you've been through to get here, I think you deserve your success wholeheartedly. Amherst sounds amazing- what a wonderful experience! Xx

Congratulations on graduating! Maybe one day I'll get to say the same. With my career options thinning, that Associate's Degree is starting to get lonely. Maybe one day I'll do a thing I've actually studied.

As Scott says, life is... everything. I think we've all had times that were tough, and even if you've got a couple of good experiences in an overall rough string of months then you're perfectly entitled to say that things have been hard.

I agree with you in the Facebook vs LiveJournal arena. I don't get on here very often, but when I do I like reading more than just a snippet of what's going on with my friends. Some people are eloquent enough on FB to give an idea of what's going on, but they represent the minority. FB does get most of my attention, though. My own journal here has devolved into Cooking With Walker.
