Adele
Right, so I have a 30 year old sister out there somewhere who I last saw when I was (I think) three. She's from my dad's first marriage. As far as I know, when they got divorced, his wife got custody and took Adele to live in the Lake District. We used to see her from time to time, and we'd write a lot. When I was three, we went for a weekend away with her. That was the last time we saw her. We stayed in contact till I was about ten (this is a guess). That Christmas we sent cards with letters and things in, and had them returned with 'Name not known at this address' written on the front.
Basically, I want to find her (not even to necessarily get in contact, though I doubt I'd be able to not), but have no idea how. Does anyone know where to start? Anything at all? I really don't have a clue. I've looked on the internet for things countless times and come up with nothing, so now I'm seeing if anyone knows something I don't.
I'm currently looking for the picture that was taken the last time I saw her, thought I'm now starting to wonder whether it's been put somewhere else. I'm giving up, I've looked everywhere I can think of. I can find a picture, but you can't see her too well. I'll keep looking.
