There was an event later that day, which would likely be horrifying in some way, and the candy she'd upon waking up had been hideously bitter (but then, wasn't an antidote supposed to be horrible?) and yet Rosalind found herself in a good mood

Nanashi was walking through the courtyard and spotted Rosalind, the strange girl he had spoken to a few days ago. She was wearing a suit now, and he was wearing a baseball cap that he had bought, it was a comfort of sorts and he felt better now he had bought another candy piece, in case Kotarou had some difficulty in earning one the next week.

She was reading and he didn't want to disturb her so he merely nodded, "Rosalind."

She looked up from her book--she'd known someone was about anyway, so an interruption wasn't that great a deal.

"Nanashi," she said, nodding back. Her lips twitched just faintly. "I see you judged something worth buying after all."

But then, who was she to talk?

Nanashi nodded once, "I see you did too." He looked at the suit, it made her look older. He stayed where he was, "They finally proved that they do not care for any law," he was talking about the prison of course, because although the death penalty was allowed in many places torture was definitly illegal by international law, and when it happened happened secretly, not on camera for everyone to see.

"Mmm. I wonder how they got the park opened in the first place-- if any news stations heard of the entertainment, I am sure there would have been a fuss," she said, then added, a bit awkwardly. "Would you care to sit down?"
