Not exactly 'News' apparently it's been around since 2009 but this is the first I've heard a word about it:

There is a Blood+ Java game for mobile (Cell) phones: An overview video made by the level designer (Edit: Spoilers for the anime in this vid as well.)

I've yet to track down the proper buying channels other than in French but I'm sure most
