If you mean how the color animates into the drawing, that's all Moni! She's the gif master. :D I sent it to her in separate layers and she worked her magic. :D

I used graphic converter and GIF Brewery to make this. GIF Brewery has some nifty overlay features that makes fading in layers really easy, but honestly- this particular experiment had two lucky accidents that I couldn't be happier with: the blood appearing to drip down Sam's arm from the three cuts (yay!) and the brief halo&wing flash before the full image. The latter one, I was actually going for but it ended up happening due to a palindrome looping filter I added, thus eliminating the need for a single-frame edit. Yay!
