Hey, totally off topic but- do you remember a ya novel about an older sister who goes missing and years later her younger sister gets together a friend of the older sisters ex to try and find her. Turns out the guy is a creep and attacks the younger sister. They wind up in San Francisco where they meet up with the older sister? Someone's asking about it on whatwasthatbook and I can't remember it for the life of me and google is no help. You've read almost every ya book ever, I figured you might know.

I finally found it after over an hour of googling. It's Wherever Nina Lies by Lynn Weingarten. I enjoyed it a lot when I read it- hope you do too.
