I would probably turn on my cell phone
or run to the bathroom and call her, at least...
I doubt I would be able to just sit and enjoy the movie

I would step out for a few minutes and get in touch with her or with someone who would know what was going on. If everything was okay, I'd keep my cell on vibrate in my pocket through the rest of the movie.
