Yes, it was Dinah's 20th birthday. Yes, she was on another stakeout. However, you couldn't say she was unhappy about it-- they were making progress. After Raven had pulled herself together, she remembered it was Dinah's birthday. She didn't want it to pass without her wishing her friend well, so she found her phone and dialed Dinah's number.
