Somewhere in town, Momoko realized she hadn't told Dinah about her costume. She found some good lighting, set down her bag of candy, and pulled out her phone to take a picture.

Dinah Dinah! Happy Halloween! Look! too cold for belly-dancer so am super spy! Miss Helena would be proud?

Dinah got the text, smiled at the picture, and then teared up.

She would! You look awesome.

She sent a photo of herself as the New Gotham Fairy Godmother, and then:

Momoko read the txt, then picked up her bags and moved to a nearby bench.

He never would mean that. it was just a fight. Are you okay?

Dinah's eyes blurred, and she sniffed, then rubbed at them again.

It was so dumb. I can't even tell.

Mostly just.. stupid stuff. Break-up stuff.

Then she sighed and tapped out:

Don't make him come back if he doesn't want to. Couldn't stand it.

If he made you cry he's totally going to get yelled at until he apologizes. Better to take him there.

Momoko sagged a bit against the bench.

Dinah, what happened? thought you two were doing okay.

Having never had the opportunity to have a real break-up, Momoko had no idea what there was to fight over afterwards.

Pissed me off. He wouldn't talk. I pushed. Too hard.

He yelled I yelled he took off I screwed up Momoko screwed up

Second or third time in a week and could this week just be over now?

you totally shouldn't feel bad. About the fight, about getting a new boyfriend, or anything.
