Mar 28, 2009 13:44

After spending most of the afternoon at Fast Eddie's with Priestly and Edward, Dinah stopped into her room to rest for a bit, trying to decide what to do next, or whether to just stay in with Camille and veg with Ani DiFranco and Coldplay.

The door was open, and there's a kitten trying to escape down the hall. Again.

On his way back to his room, Leto caught sight of the adventurous kitten. He scooped up Camille and knocked lightly on the open door. "Dinah? Someone seems to be set on exploring."

Camille made a noise of protest and tried to wriggle her way out of his tight grasp.

"Camille," Dinah protested, scrambling to her feet and walking over to the door. "Thanks, Leto." She reached out to take the kitten back, not quite meeting Leto's eyes.

He returned the kitten. "Dinah?"

While they had argued the last time they spoke, he hadn't expected her to avoid him like this. It was worse than hard words.

Okay, she could be normal. She could. Just take it slow. And chill!

Tony stopped by and knocked on Dinah's door. What, he needed a reason to visit?

Dinah had been staring at the wall, trying to think, and pretty much going around in mental circles. So yay, knock on the door.

"It's open!"

Tony came into the room and sat down on Chad's bed. "How're you doing?" he asked.

"Weeeeeeeird," Dinah said, still staring at the wall. Paint. White. She looked over at Tony, and smiled a little crookedly. "How're you doing? Want cookies? I could go for cookies."
