For some reason, the landlord-woe type stuff is being resolved far too efficiently…

The problems we had were as follows:

Relating specifically to the flat:
-        broken cupboard door
-        no car park permit
-        no inventory as referred to in the tenancy agreement
-        hallway floor really dirty
-        intercom/entry system not
