 Ok so my plans to get up early and tidy things have so far not quite materialised in that way.

I managed the 'get up early' part, which i was quite pleased with, given I still have this disgusting cold and am pottering about the place coughing my guts up.  So pleased, in fact that the first thing i did was to go downstairs and make myself a cup

Weeeelllll, given most of the mess is made up of my clothes, important paperwork i've yet to file away and new stuff i've yet to find a home for, it's probably not a viable option - unless I want to become a naked person with no stuff being pursued by creditors!
