You know, I can see why that guy thought it was okay to walk around nude. I haven't been to many places in Europe (Finland once and Poland once) but BOTH times I was in Europe, I saw naked people. I was like what the heck?? Especially since the first guy was standing around in a park, and then turned around and peed right in the open.
