Week one of no Supernatural on TV. No new episodes and the network decided against showing reruns in favor of airing another show for a second time during the week in hopes that it will gain popularity.

I hate when that happens. At least the headphones are a 10 minute fix.

It looks like I may not be able to fix the headphones. The part that broke off needs to be wired back in. I've never broken any at the adapter where it hooks in to the device so I don't know, do stores sell that piece separately where I can buy one & rewire it?

Yes, you can buy the entire end at Radio Shack, I'd guess about $3 for a pack of two. You will need to solder them too. If you don't know anyone who can help, just come to SEMGS and ask for help. If I'm coming (not today) and you let me know in time I'll bring my tools. It's a 10 minute very simple job but you do need the soldering tools.
