He's CRAZY. Obviously still a "puppy." Probably full-grown, or at least close, but he's still got those puppy tendencies. He definitely still has that puppy energy. >.< Oof

Yeah, you never know if he's had updated shots. I'm not sure I'd even let this other dog play with yours...you never know if he's carrying anything icky.
Luckily, I got a hold of the owners right away the next morning, and they'd been searching for him all night. Sad thing is, he lived right by where he ran up to us. We'd been biking along the canal next to some apartments, and they lived in a second story apartment right next to the canal. I guess they had their door open to get air, and then closed it, and didn't realize he was gone until a half hour later.
When we couldn't find his owners in the apartment complex that night, I kinda wanted to leave him there. On the other hand, I felt really guilty. I'd rather someone took my dog to the pound or something than left him alone outside. So, I compromised by taking my dog's leash off the other dog, and deciding that if he followed us, I'd take care of him for the night. Naturally, he followed us. >.<
His owners were an older couple (50s, I'd say) who seemed to be taking good care of him, so I don't think he had anything, but you never know.
