Not-so-secretly, half of these are just dishes that I know I like, but that make a huge amount of food, so I kinda need to wait until I have a lot of people to feed so I'm not stuck with more leftovers than I can handle.

(but seriously, the cuban pork is amazing)

That is quite a menu! So many things sounds very yummy! The baked ham especially (Gayle doesn't like it so it's never in our home).
