Does anybody else know how distracting it can be when you have the dub themes of Pokemon season 1 and Digimon Frontier stuck in your head, simultaneously? It can't be just me, can it? And some of the lines ended up sounding pretty weird.

That's true! Taichi does fall into nothing at one point, but then the next episode the nothing turns out to be a sewer, so I guess it doesn't count.

I think I remember a thread on one of the Digimon comms before Savers started airing, where people agreed Taichi was the worst leader out of all four goggle boys. Some of the "proof" was the disproportionate amount of time that the Adventure cast kept falling off high places and being chased... Actually, come to think of it, the Frontier kids were just as bad.

Never really got into Frontier, so I wouldn't know. I'd actually say Takato was the worst leader, because I swear half the time it's Jen who makes sensible suggestions and keeps him motivated and everything. Man, Takato, just pass Jen the goggles already.

That's basically what I would say! ;D Best goggle boy when it comes to teamwork, but he sucks at leading.

No idea. Searching on FFnet brings up absolutely nothing and neither do character filters, so it looks about as obscure as you can get. I just think they've got a few similarities which aren't obvious (siblings, tendency to blame themselves, etc.) and they'd be cool together!

A few months ago I was planning a huge crossover smush of 02 and Tamers where there were a couple of Jenmato moments (also Iori/Shiuchon, Ruki/Hikari and surprisingly no Taikato), but I don't know what happened to it. It was pretty cute, too... I'll have to pick it up again someday.
