Both the boys are at summer camp. It's this cool camp for kids 3-5 yrs old. It's only 3 days of the week and it's from 8:30-12noon. I am going crazy here cause I'm all alone. I should be cleaning but I'm too anxious about both the boys being gone. Silly me I guess. I think I'll be ok to get some deep cleaning done tomorrow and then thursday I ( Read more... )

Well, ok it's been official for a while, but I was afraid to say it outloud. Patrick is toilet trained. He is dry all day and all night and he pees and poops in the toilet by himself. I am so happy and excited. I hid his pullups as a last ditch effort to get him to 100% and it worked. Yay for Patrick.

I know I havn't been updating. I've been busy but honestly that isn't the reason. I guess I just have been doing a lot of thinking and havn't really FELT like writing anything down ( Read more... )

Leanne asked me to write and update you guys. Patrick had another seizure today, and after letting the nurse know exactly what she thought of the neurologists lack of response to her, Leanne has an apt with the neurologist tomorrow. She did find out that the CT scan came back normal, but doesn't know for sure about the MRI yet. Keep them in ( Read more... )

Not much is going on around here. Same old stuff. I've just been really tired and stressed about Patrick's issues and such. I am so tired and it seems like we are so busy. I'll definately come back and update when we know something new. I guess I just havn't felt like posting.

So Patrick had three seizures in a row the night before last. We thought that he'd be fine on the meds but aparently not. I am really worried that there is something seriously wrong here. His MRI and CT are next wednesday. It's possible he just needs a higher dose, but she said his condition was very mild (according to the EEG) and this dosage ( Read more... )
