I read a book on it one time. I don't know if I would say that it was "good," but it was informative. I don't remember the author, but the name of the book was "I Hate You, Don't Leave Me." The psychiatrist I was working for gave it to me when I was interested in the disorder because I thought I had it. ;) I don't know if I give much credibility to the diagnosis, as (I believe it was Stretch) mentioned that it kind of a garbage can that shrinks throw you into when they can't figure out what else is wrong with you. *shrug
