Impairment Friendly Tabletop Dice

Has anyone had any luck finding visually impaired accessible tabletop gaming dice? Not D6, which is the standard 6-sided die, but things like 20 sided or ten sided, or any of the kind usually used in tabletop role playing games.

I've never seen any that have billed themselves as being vusially-impaired friendly, but I have seen novelty oversized dice in denominations other than D6. I usually just get my gamer friends to verbalize what I've rolled, and trust that they won't conspire against me, but I've also got some custom white paint on jade dice that are very heavy, and higher-contrast than standard dice.

"Of course I lost! You were playing with jade dice."

It loses some of the visceral nature of playing, but would a gamer-oriented smartphone app or webapp serve the purpose?
