1) APES went to a waste water treatment facility yesterday. It reeked, but was also fascinating.

2) One of the things about my school that I am proudest of is ASPEN, a group of students who raise funds and awareness for AIDS and HIV protection. And it's not our "model" students who take part but the peppy, popular, stereotypically "unmotivated"
