I saw Inception again last night, in glorious IMAX.  It was wonderful, but I have a question. It's been bothering me since my first viewing, and I come to you, my dear flist,  for help.  This has probably already been addressed and I've just missed it, but here it goes anyway.

I think the reason they don't all wake up is the same reason they don't all wake up with the first kick. Inner ear function stays with the actual person, so they have to feel falling on all levels to wake up. They aren't falling in the second level, so they don't wake up.

Also, Joseph Gordon-Levitt's ass on IMAX is one of the seven wonders of the world. *_______*
