^_^ It won't be troublesome at all but I think you should try again. I tried the link and to me, it works nicely. I guess you have downloaded something from MU before and thus crossed your personal limit (MU has sucky download limits for us free users *tear*). When the case is that, just wait an hour or so and try again, eventually MU allows you to download again~

But if you're still unable to reach the file, I'll upload it to another host site :)
