In September I offered to compose fan art for the ten lucky ones to comment on the request post first. Now, almost 6 months later(!) I come bearing the first finished piece for the meme. I'm sorry for the wait; life has been... well, life. *sighs

your pieces, like always, are very emotion-filled. the bold colors are really nice, ne. ♥

hiroto looks a bit older to me, and shou maybe a bit younger...? of course, that could just be my eyesight. i need to find my glasses. (sweats) but the expressions are really nice. both look caught up in some sort of intense moment. the title is something great, too.

I'm finally attacking the 928482+ old comments I have forgotten/been to lazy to respond to ^^;;

I like emotions^o^ I don't really see what's the point in making something that's just "pretty"... though this what I do is simple fan art, I don't see why it should be, well, less interesting than "real" art? *lol* Yeah, words ain't my specialty x) But, to cut it short, since I'm still in search of my style as an writer, I like to express the story ideas I have in pictures^^b

You're right, somehow Pon seems older *squints* It wasn't intentional but somehow it works :P

Mmm, kai se oli? Tai siis... en vieläkään ole ihan tyytyväinen, olisin halunnut tuoda kasvoja voimakkaammin esille, ja Shoun kasvonpiirteissä on jotain vähän vinksallaan, mutta... yeah. Värit on hyvät ja voimakkaat, ja nyt vihdoinkin uskallan käyttää niitä rohkeasti^^ Paidat syntyivät varsin rempseästi, jotenkin sitä vaan näki että millaiset sävyt toimivat :)

Mmm, tiedän sortuvani seuraavaksi SagaxNaohon xD vaik melkein toi Tora ja Reita houkuttais enempi. Tai joku yksinkertanen vesiväri-Meev.

I_love_you. It's rare to see people have time to stop and comment to my art entries, and it's even rarer that those who do would give the picture a little thought. I'm.. so amazingly pleased in a self-centered way that I was actually able to convey a story in a picture in a way others can read it too. And I'm proud and happy that my story was strong and appealing enough to capture a viewer^__-~<3 For once, it feels I've actually accomplished something *dance*

I'm very eager to continue experimenting with colors :) They're fun and exciting, and depicting emotions is easier because of the symbolism each and every color bears.
