Icarus had been wondering at her absence, but understood that Nellas didn't like to be too close to the Mansion and hadn't worried. Her things were still there after all

Zhane's been there, actually - except he got ditched by the girl through her new boyfriend. Fun times.

He wanders over, unaware of his friend's predicament. He found some chocolate, actually, and feels like sharing.

"Hey, Iggy," he calls after he knocks. "You there?"

"Hey, I can cook!" He looks offended. Probably on purpose.

"I'm sure you can," he says, standing up and absently readjusting his wings. "I just don't know if it's edible." That's a bit closer to his usual joking tone.

Zhane chuckles. "Well, we'll see about that," he says, "I can make a mean -- er -- sandwich." Hm.

Iggy smiles slightly and gestures towards his door. "Well then, let's go. I'm hungry and can't wait to try these supposedly awesome sandwiches of yours."

"Let's go," and Zhane will wander with Iggy to the kitchen, though now he's worried.

He's kind of on the 'odd combination' side. Quirks of not being an earthling.

Iggy's quiet on the way to the kitchen, speaking only if he's been spoken to and trailing his fingers over the wall.

Zhane looks at Iggy occasionally, he's very worried about his friend. "So, think you'll want help with your pod, maybe later?"

"Yeah," he says, nodding. "I was meaning to do something with it today, but I got kind of distracted."

Zhane tries for a counter-distracting strategy. "Well... if you want help with it after lunch..."

Aaand so sorry for being epic slow etc, RL has eaten me alive lately. And I'm likely to be spotty for the rest of the week as well, alas. >.<

"Sure. I'd like to work on it some more."

No worries. I'm kind of behind myself and life tried to devour me today especially so I'll probably be running around all week and there's a wedding over the weekend.

"Good," Zhane replies, and he might gently nudge Iggy towards the kitchen.

Iggy is nudged to the kitchen, which is probably a good thing since he's not paying enough attention and might run into something.

It's my cousin's wedding. It's on a boat. I hope it's fun. ♥

Zhane's going to make sure that none of that happens - he's extremely worried about his friend. When they get there, he'll say, "Here, have a seat. Quadruple decker's on me."

As is the uncanny combination of foods.

Iggy takes a seat on a stool, his wings folding behind him, and tilts his head. "Should I be worried?"

Zhane's such a good friend. ^^

"No, of course not, what are you talking about?" Zhane sounds much too smug for there to be no reason to worry.

He's piling up stock in the meantime. Meats and veggies and sauces and the like, in vast quantity - like Iggy, Zhane has a large appetite.
