I hope she's not lonely back home this time. I wonder what happens in our world while we're here. Does it go on like nothing's happened, or does it wait for us? I guess it's not for us to know.

Are there any cooking classes here at all? We probably don't have a lot of food around, so a cooking class sounds wrong on one level, but on another it could be about making the things we have taste good. Right?

These earthquakes seem to be getting stronger. I'm not sure if it's even a good idea to be staying indoors like this.

I'm still not used to this place, it's been months too. I think there isn't as much urgency to leave now, though. I don't know if this is a good thing, being satisfied with this place. I guess people do cope. In that sense, in the end, in a war for example, it's really just people's egos clashing. We'll all cope, regardless of the circumstances... ( Read more... )
