Eurgh. It's all cold and rainy. I need to go to Asda for essentials like milk/cereal/muffins but I don't want to go outside and wait for the bus and get all damp ( Read more... )

It's difficult to be a girly girl when camping :P You might just have to put up with the mud &c I'm afraid. Especially if you want to go wandering the country stewarding - there won't always be a conveniently placed family caravan ;)

ahahaha, I think I can hardly be described as a girly-girl XD it's been decided I officially out-man most of my male friends heh. Mud I have no problem with, I just don't really want to smell too terrible heh. And hair that's not even had an attempt at a wash for four days just isn't pleasant :P

Portaloos I have handled before and will doubtless handle again, but whilst the conveniently placed family caravan's there... ;)

I mentioned the girly-girl thing to my friend Christing (who IS a girly girl) earlier and she just laughed :P I think uni brings out my boyish side lol, I don't bother with makeup very often and I'm usually the first one with a guinness in the pub :P in fact I believe pete (who is a bit heavy metal) was quoted on thursday with "and once again, Lucy out-mans us all." Lol :P

Shocking, I can't help being a festival virgin :P not after next weekend though hah. You going for the whole weekend or just one day?

Go and see Cage of Stars and Zoe Pinder, and then don't tell me how amazing they are (especially Zoe Pinder, she's WONDERFUL) because I'll be too jealous otherwise :P

I am going to see Seth Lakeman on Sunday though!!! Proper excited for that.

I think I've heard Zoe Pinder before (probably on the glastonbudget website) but Cage of Stars is a new one on me, I shall try to see them both :)
